Before beginning the relocation process (business or individual) we define the services to be provided in accordance with the specific needs.
We immediately contact the person who is relocating and, with a detailed questionnaire, we get to know their tastes, hobbies, preferences, etc. to make the right choice with the different proposals.
We start the search and the necessary preparations.
Upon arrival everything is perfectly organised to speed up the installation process and to allow the client to concentrate fully on their professional activity, without wasting any more time than necessary with formalities, visits and admin.
Finding a home, school, administrative and bank formalities, registration of services, etc. which can take months without help, can be done faster with the help of a Personal Assistant.
Each of our packs provides 24-hour assistance during the first week once the property has been found, to deal with any problem or query that may arise upon arrival at the new home.
We also provide continued telephone assistance from the second week, during office hours.
